What is covered

The PiONAiR manufacturer's warranty covers qualifying faults affecting the registered product or its parts during normal use. Cover lasts for 12 months from the original date of purchase and includes the battery, parts and labour, provided the product has been successfully registered.

  • All product components, including the blower unit, headtop, hose and battery
  • Manufacturing defects and material faults
  • Electrical and mechanical failure under normal use conditions
  • Parts and labour for qualifying warranty repairs
What is not covered
  • Expected wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by the user
  • Misuse, neglect or improper handling
  • Use contrary to the product instructions
  • Incorrect cleaning, maintenance or storage
  • Unauthorised alterations or repairs
  • Consumable items reaching the end of their expected service life
Warranty procedure

    Contact your retailer or PiONAiR

    Notify the retailer or supplier you purchased the kit from in the first instance. If the retailer cannot assist, contact PiONAiR directly with your product model, serial number, purchase details and a description of the issue.

    Initial technical checks

    We will review the details and carry out any technical checks or troubleshooting needed before a return is arranged.

    Return the kit

    Where a return is required, send the kit to PiONAiR for investigation. The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage to PiONAiR.

  4. 4
    Investigation, repair and return

    PiONAiR will fully investigate the kit and carry out the necessary qualifying warranty repair. PiONAiR will pay the cost of returning the kit to the customer.

This manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect those rights.
